Heroes

Heroes

I often write characters in my novels who are heroes. They aren’t Superman or Batman kind of heroes. They are regular people who do heroic things.

Heroes could be a doctor, nurse, paramedic, or fireman who saves a life. A school teacher who truly cares is a hero. It could be a police officer who rushes in to face dangerous situations risking their own life to save another.

A hero could be a CEO of a company who gave up their paycheck to ensure you got yours. Heroes come in many ways that often go unnoticed.

My father and late grandfather are heroes to me. They are regular guys doing the right things with love and kindness in their hearts.

You do not have to be a comic book character to be a hero. A mother, father, friend, or some random stranger you met may be heroes. And those are the kind of heroes I like.
