From the city of blues, soul, and rock & roll, Memphis, Tennessee is my hometown. That city on the muddy banks of the Mississippi river gave me the start to the career I have today as a UI/UX designer, software developer and information architect.
I’ve had the pleasure to help leading organizations do amazing things with the latest technologies. As such, I am always reminded there is still more I need to know.
I continue to challenge myself by writing my first novel, Double Crossed: Play the Hand You’re Dealt in 2020. To my relief it was not a complete disaster and people enjoyed the book. My second novel, Double Crossed: Vengeance is set for release soon with the third book, Black, a romantic mystery novel underway and the most challenging yet.
I’m a professional photographer and write music for fun. I was a club DJ for 8 years and had a radio show called HotMix.
Cooking, travel, and catching geeky science shows are things I enjoy. On Sunday afternoons during the NFL season you will find me watching my favorite team, the Tennessee Titans.
(A fun sidenote: I was at the Music City Miracle game and saw the play live which was fun to see. I just don’t tell my friends from Buffalo, NY I am a Titans fan. They have long memories.)
At the end of the day, I simply strive to be a good person. If I may lift someone with a smile, a funny joke, or words of encouragement to brighten their day, that is success to me.
